About the event

Please join us for this fun and inspirational talk about how Ayurveda can help you to acheive optimal health and balance in your life.

Ayurveda is the traditional wisdom medicine from India and enjoys a 5,000 year tradition. Ayurveda is a system of Longevity and Energy Management for understanding our own unique constitution, with recommendations for how we may predictably find balance physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Mela will teach you the basic language and building blocks of Ayurvedic medicine, as well as give you simple, everyday tools that you can use to acheive balance for your own unique body mind type. The presentation is 90 minutes long with time for Q&A.
